Company profile: The Scottish Equestrian Hotel is the largest riding holiday centre in the UK, with 24 on site bedrooms, 150 stables, and a wide range of quality horses to suit all ages and stages from beginner. All staff are BET qualified, unaccompanied children a specialty. We aim to offer a complete holiday for all tastes and have over 20 years experience.
Accreditation: Approved by the BHS as Riding Centre, Livery Yard and Training and Exam Centre. Approved by the Trekking & Riding Society of Scotland (TRSS)

Destination Profile: Situated at the former Lanark Race Course we are one hour from Scotland's three major airports. We are a short walk from the World Heritage Site of New Lanark, and the area abounds in history. Local countryside is rolling hills and woodlands, and there is good local hacking. The town has good shopping, restaurants and bars.
About the horses: We have a wide range of horses and ponies from 12hh to 17hh. Many home bred and broken Appalloosas. All well schooled and mannerly.
